Eligibility

EVERY PATIENTS CARE IS CUSTOMIZED TO THEIR NEEDS

Has a medical diagnosis that interferes with daily activities. Such as but not limited to diabetes, hypertension, arthritis, etc.
Has a medical diagnosis that affects individuals ability to perform household chores.
Does not have a caregiver to assist with tasks, or caregiver needs relief.
Has a doctors orders from participants (patients) Primary Care Doctor.

Bathing Assistance

Our caregivers provide bathing assistance to ensure a safe and comfortable bathing experience for individuals in need.

Exercise

Providing support and motivation to ensure clients follow through with their exercise routines, helping them stay consistent and achieve their fitness goals.

Cleaning

Our dedicated caregivers go the extra mile to clean and tidy areas in the client's home that they may not be able to reach, ensuring a clean and comfortable living environment.

Meal Prep

Assisting in meal preparation, ensuring that clients receive nutritious and delicious meals tailored to their dietary needs and preferences..

Dressing Assistance

Our compassionate caregivers provide assistance to clients with getting dressed, ensuring they feel comfortable and confident in their clothing choices.

Walking/Transferring

Provide support and assistance to clients with walking and transferring, helping them move safely and comfortably between different locations, such as from beds to chairs or vice versa.

Laundry

Our dedicated caregivers assist clients with their laundry needs, ensuring that clothes and linens are washed, dried, folded, and put away, providing convenience and a clean living environment.

Assist with Medications

Providing support and reminders to clients for self-administered medication, ensuring that they take their prescribed medications on time and in the correct dosage.
